The monthly rent for each room ranges from HKD 9,000 to 9,300, with variations based on room size, floor, and orientation. Personal bed rentals range from HKD 4,500 to 4,650. The first lease term is two years, with the first year being a fixed term, non-terminable early.

- Full-time, part-time, or self-employed
- Cannot own residential property in Hong Kong
