YOT Hub is a youth hostel initiative established through a partnership between Yan Oi Tong and the Regal Hotel Group. The facility includes 80 double rooms, accommodating up to 160 residents. The monthly rent for each room ranges from HKD 9,000 to 9,300, with variations based on room size, floor, and orientation. Personal bed rentals range from HKD 4,500 to 4,650. The first lease term is two years, with the first year being a fixed term, non-terminable early.

- Permanent Hong Kong resident
- Aged 18 to 30
- Full-time, part-time, or self-employed
- Cannot own residential property in Hong Kong

Application Process
